This Privacy Notice is intended for Deltaplex's public website and business communications. Product deployments, customer data processing, or support services may also be governed by a signed enterprise agreement, order form, data processing addendum, or security schedule. If a signed agreement conflicts with this notice, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

1. Scope

Deltaplex ("Deltaplex," "we," "us," or "our") provides a real-time data integration platform for enterprise environments. This Privacy Notice applies when you visit our website, request a demo, contact us, attend a briefing, evaluate our services, or communicate with us in a business context.

It does not replace customer-specific product or data processing terms. Where Deltaplex acts as a processor or service provider for a customer, we process personal data according to that customer's instructions and the applicable agreement.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly, that is generated through your use of our website, or that we receive from business sources.

  • Contact and business details: name, business email, company, role, region, and preferred contact method.
  • Inquiry details: messages, demo requests, project context, technical requirements, procurement questions, and meeting notes.
  • Website and device data: IP address, approximate location, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URLs, and interaction data.
  • Commercial relationship data: account records, contracts, billing contacts, support history, and correspondence.
  • Optional technical materials: architecture notes, sample schemas, logs, or other materials you choose to share for evaluation or support.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to operate our website, respond to inquiries, provide demos and briefings, evaluate customer needs, support commercial discussions, deliver contracted services, secure our systems, improve our materials, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use business contact details to send product, event, or company updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. We do not sell personal data for money.

4. Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

  • Consent, such as when you ask us to contact you or subscribe to communications.
  • Contract or pre-contract steps, such as responding to a demo request, preparing a proposal, or delivering agreed services.
  • Legitimate interests, such as securing our website, improving our services, managing business relationships, and preventing misuse.
  • Legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, sanctions, regulatory, dispute, or compliance requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website functional, understand aggregate usage, remember preferences, and measure campaign performance. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, though some site functions may not work as expected.

6. How we share personal data

We share personal data only as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, including with:

  • Service providers that host systems, manage communications, support analytics, or provide security, CRM, ticketing, payment, legal, or professional services.
  • Affiliates, contractors, and advisers who need the information to support Deltaplex operations.
  • Customers or partners when you ask us to coordinate a joint activity or procurement process.
  • Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

7. International transfers

Deltaplex works with customers and service providers across regions. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries other than where you are located. When required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments, transfer impact assessments, approved transfer mechanisms, and vendor security reviews.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including business relationship management, service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods vary depending on the data type, relationship, and applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we continually review our safeguards in light of business risk.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and relationship with Deltaplex, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit use of sensitive data, or lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

10. Regional notices

For individuals in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Deltaplex provides this notice to describe controller information, purposes of processing, legal bases, categories of recipients, transfers, retention, and rights.
